Gear Box

The Rebuild shop is responsible for rebuilding small and large (34,000 lbs.) gearboxes and pumps.
The shop replaces seals and bearings using a 30-ton press.

Metal Tech has the equipment in house to cut, drill, bend and press metal. We can handle just about any gearbox rebuild. So weather it is small to extremely large, give Metal Tech a call. We can build it and get your equipment up and running quickly. Time is money and we want your equipment running and making you money!

Because our shops are equipped with overhead cranes we can move very large equipment throughout the shop. We also have large forklifts and other equipment that help us quickly move it from one building to another.

These various house cranes throughout our building facilities make it safer for our trained highly skilled metal workers.
