Mill Liners used in the Concrete Industry
Design and fabricate a tool for replacing heavy mill liners used in the concrete industry. This is a routine job that has to be done every few months due to the excessive wear on the liners. The weight of each individual liner was not safe for employees to handle continuously over a 12-hour period. We designed this tool to assist the employees in changing the liners making the job much safer and quicker. This tool reduces downtime while prevent possible injuries.

Paper Screen
Design and fabricate a paper screen used in the recycling industry. Our team designed the piece of equipment for the client. The size and scale is a perfect fit for Metal Tech. We used our burn table to cut a variety of shapes very efficiently and our team of metal craftsman welded plate steel, square tubing and sheets together to create this beautiful piece of equipment. In addition we were able to paint the project to give it a professional finish.
